Most of my free time is spent outside — hiking trails that don’t show up on Instagram and camping where there’s no signal. I like the kind of quiet that makes you aware of your own breathing. Nature resets me in a way nothing else does.

I work remotely as an environmental consultant, which means spreadsheets during the week and dirt under my nails on the weekends. I care a lot about sustainability, but I’m not preachy about it. I just try to live in alignment with what I believe.
